How do I book a massage or purchase a gift certificate?

Booking is simple! Just click the "Schedule Appointment" or "Book Now" button in the side menu, choose the service, package, or gift certificate you'd like, select your preferred date and time, and add a credit card on file to secure your appointment. Once confirmed, you're all set! If any issues arise, I'll reach out directly to sort things out.
If you're using a gift certificate, follow the same steps and be sure to bring the physical certificate with you to the session.


Will my card be charged right away?

No, your card won't be charged immediately. It's kept on file to secure your appointment and will only be used in case of a no-show or if you'd like to use it for payment after your session.


Do you accept insurance, FSA, or HSA?

I currently do not accept insurance. However, I am able to accept HSA/FSA cards. Please check with your provider to confirm coverage before your appointment. I'm also happy to assist with the reimbursement process if needed.


How often should I get a massage?

I personally aim for a massage at least once a month, depending on what’s going on in my life. I generally recommend a session every 4-8 weeks for maintenance, but if we’re working through something specific, more frequent visits (every 1-2 weeks) may be helpful. Ultimately, it depends on your unique needs, and we’ll find the right rhythm for you.

What should I wear during my massage?

You should wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. You’re welcome to remain fully clothed, undress to your underwear, or be completely nude under the draping—whatever feels right for you. Of course, I’ll use professional draping techniques throughout the session, and I’ll check in with you to ensure you feel secure and comfortable at all times. If you have any specific concerns or preferences, feel free to reach out beforehand, and we’ll work together to make sure you feel at ease.
